Vertical Case Erectors

Our fully automatic, vertical case erectors from alpha-pack combine the latest technologies and are therefore able to erect square cases reliably and fail-safe, so that your production line can continue to run smoothly and effectively. Your products remain safe and secure in our case erecting system, ready to be shipped or distributed. Thanks to their compact design, our automatic case erectors can be integrated into almost any production line.

Technical Details:

Working Steps:

  1. First, the exact case size is determined and the parameters of the case erector are set accordingly.
  2. Then the cases are carefully placed in the input tray of the machine.
  3. Now the cases are sent into the machine one after the other.
  4. The front and bottom sides are unfolded, followed by the right and left sides.
  5. Finally, the bottom of the case is sealed.
