By using our vertical Nero-Pack pillow bag machines, you will achieve the optimal connection between production and packaging. Thus, the machine enables you to reach a further automation in your packaging process by forming, filling and capping the bags - all in one workflow. The advantages of our pillow bag machines are low acquisition costs, low risks  and professional packaging for a huge variety of products. Our Nero-Pack vertical pillow bag machines can be used flexibly due to the simple integration into already existing product lines and dosing and conveying systems. These compact machines work almost maintenance-free and keep the production costs per bag extremely low due to the use of flat films. Furthermore, they are space-saving and convincing thanks to their simple operation via touch screen control. Our Nero-Pack stick-pack pillow bag machines fill long and slim bags, also known as stick-packs, with liquids, pastes, granules (e.g. sugar or coffee) and powdery substances. According to the product types that are to be filled in, the appropriate dosing device is supplied.
