Our horizontal forming, filling and sealing machine from the DEAPHS series is specially designed for filling 3- and 4-sided sealed sachets and Doypack bags. Thanks to various dosing systems, such as screw dosing, volumetric cup filling and multi-head filling, the machine reliably packages powdered, liquid and granular products (sugar, spices, juice, tomato paste, nuts, sweets, detergents, lotions, pills, capsules, pesticides, fungicides, etc.). The machine also produces the bags to be filled independently from flat film, thus representing a cost-effective and efficient packaging solution. Thanks to the modular design of the forming, filling and sealing machine, it can be easily and quickly converted and expanded.

Machine workflow

The horizontal forming, filling and sealing machine operates according to a precise sequence:

1. The film is unrolled and the bags are formed
2. The film is fed in until it reaches the photo sensor
3. The bottom and sides are sealed
4. The tear notch is added and the bag is cut
5. The pouches are pulled by the machine and opened
6. The pouches are filled and sealed
7. The finished product is discharged from the machine
