Technological and functional principles

The X-ray inspection systems work according to an advanced principle: high-precision X-rays penetrate the product and generate a detailed image of its internal structure. Powerful image processing algorithms analyse this image in real time and reliably detect foreign objects and quality deviations such as:

• Metallic contaminants: stainless steel, iron, aluminium, etc.
• Non-metallic foreign objects: glass, ceramics, stones, dense plastics
• Product defects: missing components, breaks, shape deviations
• Fill level control: underfilling, overfilling, uneven distribution

The low radiation exposure of less than 1μSv/h complies with strict CE standards and ensures maximum safety for operating personnel and the environment.
