Clean weld seams, simple operation and high process reliability

The L-Bar sealer is the ideal entry-level solution for a durable, fully automatic packaging process. The sensor-controlled packaging line of the film welding machine can be fed manually or fully automatically. The automatic film welding machine guarantees reliably stable side seams for all films. The film is separated by two permanently heated Teflon knives (L-angle). The half-tube film is sealed by adjustable heat separation. The use of our tube bag machine allows the user to package a wide variety of product formats depending on the respective sealing frame size. The quick changeover to other product formats guarantees efficient and cost-effective operation. With its integrated product centring unit (product weld seam is centred), you get optimum preparation for the shrink process (shrink film packaging).
