Flexible use for medium product volumes and all common film types

Our side sealing machine guarantees extremely stable side seams for all types of film. The film is processed by three-sided sealing of a half-tube film (fine shrink film or PE shrink film). The use of our automatic film sealing machines allows the user to package all products – even those that are extra-long. Quick changeovers to other product formats guarantee efficient and cost-saving operation. The alpha-pack tube bag machine impresses with its performance and innovative design of the highest standard.

The APSS series impresses with its automatic product centring system. This function allows the machine to adjust to different container sizes and feed them in a centred position. A second special feature is the continuously heated side sealing unit, which allows the user to pack even extra-long products in film.

Polyolefin Fine Shrink Film

Polyolefin fine shrink films are among the most popular materials in film packaging. They are extremely thin, highly transparent, and recyclable. Unlike PE films, POF shrink films shrink without wrinkles and fit around your product like a second skin.

PE Shrink Film

Our PE shrink film provides your products with optimum protection against external influences such as dirt and even acids and alkalis. It is food-safe, highly transparent and has high tear resistance.

Unlike the L-bar sealer, which seals the film on two sides simultaneously, the side sealing machine operates continuously: the product is wrapped in film and the longitudinal seam is sealed on the side – perfect for series production without product downtime.

Its flexible product guidance makes it particularly suitable for long or large formats.
