With the angle welding machine (L-angle) from the WSG series, your products can be packaged quickly and cost-effectively in a single step using film separation welding. The product is placed in the angle welding machine, which is triggered manually or pneumatically. The welding frame opens automatically and the product can optionally be fed into a separate shrink tunnel. The high-quality components and our sophisticated impulse wire technology guarantee high-strength weld seams and low-maintenance operation. The easy handling of the angle welders guarantees flexible and time-saving packaging for large throughput quantities. Customised weld frame sizes or continuously heated weld knives are available on enquiry.

Polyolefin Fine Shrink Film

Polyolefin fine shrink films are among the most popular materials in film packaging. They are extremely thin, highly transparent, and recyclable. Unlike PE films, POF shrink films shrink without wrinkles and fit around your product like a second skin.

PE Shrink Film

Our PE shrink film provides your products with optimum protection against external influences such as dirt and even acids and alkalis. It is food-safe, highly transparent and has high tear resistance.

An L-angle sealer (also known as an L-angle welding machine) is a semi-automatic or manual packaging machine used to seal products in film. The sealing wires are arranged in an L-shape and seal the film on two sides simultaneously.
