With the continuous welding machines, you can weld your bags horizontally or vertically. The machines reliably weld almost all materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and various composite films. Our table-top continuous welding machine is ideal for products that cannot be welded lying down, such as liquid products or bulk goods. The welding unit is height-adjustable and can therefore be adapted to different product dimensions. Our vertical continuous welding machine is used for larger, filled bags. Products that cannot be packaged horizontally, such as liquids, powders and granulates, can be welded particularly easily and reliably with this product. The welding head can be adjusted vertically and horizontally by 90°. Another advantage of the device is that the conveyor belt speed can be synchronised with the welding time.

The integrated conveyor belt is 25 cm wide and 130 cm long and can be pulled forward approx. 70 mm to weld longer bags. The entire conveyor belt can be adjusted in height. The temperature can be set up to 250°C
