This process makes our vertical band sealers particularly suitable for liquid products or bulk materials which cannot be sealed in a horizontal position. The sealing unit is adjustable in height and can therefore be adapted to different product dimensions. This all-in-sealer reliably seals polyethylene, polypropylene and various composite films.

The TBS 552 VDP is a vertical band sealer which is used to seal large, filled bags in a continuous process. Using our machine, especially products that cannot be packed horizontally, such as liquids, powders and granules, can be sealed easily and reliably. The sealing head can be adjusted in vertical and horizontal positions by 90°. As a further advantage, the conveyor belt speed can be synchronized with the sealing time.
