The combination of conveyor belt and shrink unit allows flexible integration into the packaging process. The sleeve shrink tunnels feature precise temperature control and state-of-the-art thermal insulation. Depending on the product, the shrink tunnel can be designed with a hot air blower or steam. Our shrink systems are ideal for processing PET, PVC and OPS shrink sleeves, ensuring a perfect fit for the product.

A sleeve shrink tunnel applies shrink sleeves to products such as bottles, cans or containers with a precise fit by applying targeted heat. The film shrinks around the product, ensuring a secure, full-surface label.

Suitable for:

PET or glass bottles
Cans, tubes or containers with special shapes
Household, cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical products

Particularly advantageous for containers with irregular contours or large circumferences.

A steam tunnel works with saturated steam and is ideal for delicate or uneven packaging shapes.
A hot air tunnel uses hot air blowers and is more flexible for a wide variety of materials. Both variants offer precise shrinking results, depending on the product requirements.

After application by the sleeve labeling machine, the film is heated in the tunnel. The heat causes the sleeve to shrink tightly around the product, ensuring a secure fit, product protection and a brilliant print image. Viewing windows in the tunnel enable real-time process control.
