A vacuum sealer removes the air from the packaging and seals the bag airtight. The vacuum extends the shelf life of sensitive products—ideal for food, medical items, and technical goods.

Particularly suitable for:

  • Fresh meat, sausage, fish, and cheese
  • Ready meals and sous-vide dishes
  • Pharmaceutical and medical products
  • Electronic or metal components (corrosion protection)

Liquids and paste-like products can also be vacuum-packed using special bags.

  • Chamber machines: The product is placed completely inside the machine – ideal for high vacuum performance and even sealing
  • External vacuum sealers: The bag remains outside the chamber – suitable for large or bulky products

Smooth or textured vacuum bags are usually used, with or without a barrier effect, depending on the product. Bags with Euro holes, sealed edges, or printing are also available. For special requirements, we also offer PA/PE films, thermoforming films, or bags with zippers.

The combination of vacuum and protective gas (MAP) ensures maximum freshness for sensitive products. Oxygen is replaced by gases such as CO₂ or N₂ – for longer shelf life without additives. This option is particularly popular for fresh produce and meat packaging.
