Flexible Cardboard Processing with Various Drive Systems

The semi-automatic carton sealers of the KPM series seal the top and bottom of shipping cartons with machine-grade adhesive tape. Depending on the model, the cartons are transported via side, top, and bottom conveyor belts, or a combination thereof.

The machines can be adjusted to accommodate various carton sizes and achieve a packing capacity of up to 30 cartons per minute, depending on the application and carton size. They can handle boxes weighing up to 40 kg.

PP, PVC, and hot-melt adhesive tapes can be used for sealing the boxes. The KPM series is therefore suitable for routine packaging and shipping processes where boxes need to be sealed quickly and with a consistent adhesive seam.
