Our bag inserters automate the insertion of bags and liners into cartons, trays, and KLTs. Depending on the machine configuration, the bags are formed from flat film or fed in as pre-made bags; they are then opened and precisely inserted into the target packaging.

The machines are particularly well-suited for bag-in-box applications and inner liners, where products need to be packaged hygienically and reliably in an additional inner bag. Typical applications include food products, powders, granules, liquids, as well as pharmaceutical and chemical-technical products.
