The DEAPHS series horizontal form, fill, and seal (HFFS) machine forms pouches directly from flat film, fills them with the respective product, and then seals them automatically. Depending on the configuration, the machine can produce and process pouches with 3- and 4-side seals, as well as stand-up pouches, among others.
For different fill products, the HFFS machine can be equipped with suitable dosing systems such as screw feeders or multihead weighers. This makes it suitable for powdered, liquid, and granular products such as spices, sugar, nuts, confectionery, beverages, sauces, detergents, lotions, or dietary supplements.
Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be configured according to the product, bag format, and desired packaging process, and expanded with additional components.
