Yes. The DEAP-8BT series can be optionally equipped with a nitrogen flushing system. Depending on the product and the packaging process, nitrogen is introduced into the bag. The specific configuration is tailored to the respective product and the requirements of the packaging process.
The appropriate machine model depends primarily on the bag size, product, dosing system, and desired output. The DEAP-8BT processes standard formats at up to 45 bags per minute; the Duplex model is designed for higher output of up to 80 bags per minute; and the DEAP-8BT XL enables the processing of larger bag formats up to 300 mm in width and 470 mm in length. Actual output depends, among other factors, on the product, bag format, and dosing system.
