Efficient packaging solution with upper film guide

Our horizontal pillow bag machines with film feed from above offer numerous advantages over conventional packaging systems. They impress with their low space requirements in the production hall and high flexibility thanks to quick changeover. The guides can be manually adjusted to the product width using a crank mechanism, so that even impact-sensitive products can be securely packaged with a tray.

The horizontal packaging process is particularly gentle, as the product does not fall into the bag but is fed horizontally on a conveyor belt. With film feeding from above, the product is pushed into the forming tube and transported to the sealing unit for the longitudinal seam while resting on the tube.
