The cost-effective entry-level alternative for the quick filling of prefabricated stand-up pouches

Our static filling and capping machine fills and caps prefabricated stand-up pouches (Doypack, pouch bag) with cycle times of up to 12 stand-up pouches per minute. Our bag capping machines can be extended optionally with linear or multiple-head scales. The compact design is space-saving and can be adjusted flexibly to different bag widths. The DPM-1BT line is the cost-effective entry-level alternative to complex linear filling or rotary machines. The stand-up pouches are directly transported via bag magazine and are filled and capped in the same machine.
