A roller conveyor is a conveyor system in which products are moved along a track on rotating rollers. There are powered and non-powered (gravity-fed) versions. They are mainly used in packaging, logistics and order picking.

Roller conveyors are particularly suitable for:

  • Cardboard packaging
  • Trays and crates
  • Film-wrapped products
  • Sturdy containers and packages

They are ideal for transporting goods between machines or as an outfeed after case sealers or filling systems.

  • Powered roller conveyors move products automatically using electric motors – ideal for high cycle rates or inclines.
  • Non-powered roller conveyors use gravity or manual movement – particularly efficient for simple uses and short distances.

Our roller conveyors are modularly expandable, configurable in length, width and load capacity, and can be adapted to existing packaging lines, palletisers or conveyor belts. Curved routes are also possible.
